Golterman and Sabo’s ATF wall panels are excellent sound-absorbing
panels and good tackboards. This dual function is accomplished
with a compound core of: 18 PCF fiberglass facing, laminated to
6-7 PCF fiberglass.
The fiberglass facing sheet gives the ATF panel a tackable surface,
impact resistance, and increases the core’s sound absorption
ability. The 6-7 PCF fiberglass core is the primary source for sound
absorption and it is available in a variety of thicknesses. Suitable
installations include locations that require sound absorbing, tackable,
impact-resistant, fabric covered panels. Specifically, ATF panels
are used in conference rooms, corridors, classrooms, libraries,
theaters, and high-traffic areas.
